MEMBERSHIP DISCLAIMER – EMAILS

Membership in OLTCC provides you – the member – with various opportunities throughout the year via direct emails to you.  By renewing your membership, you agree to accept these emails on, but not limited to, various topics, information, products, services etc.  If you do not want to receive any emails throughout the year other than the monthly Newsletter, Conference and Course information, please email the office at office@oltcc.ca and we will remove your name from the email list. The office is unable to separate what emails you receive, meaning that opting in you would receive anything we send out.  By opting out, you would not receive anything other than membership information, newsletter, conference and course information.

Membership paid for either the 2025 – 2026, or the 2025 – 2027 year is non-refundable.  Should you choose to cancel your membership at any time during your membership you agree that any funds remaining on a pro-rated rate will not be refunded by OLTCC.
