We are excited to invite you to the Ontario Long Term Care Clinicians Conference. This event will bring together experts and enthusiasts in the field to discuss the latest trends, share knowledge, and bring the chance to network with your peers.


READ THIS FIRST: To start your registration please click on the (START HERE: OLTCC CONFERENCE 2024) tab above and enter your email address and a password twice. This starts your online registration profile. Even if you are a current member, conference registration is separate from your main file, and it is a stand-alone event each year that does not pull information from previous years. 

Be sure to use the (LOG BACK IN WITH LOGIN DETAILS HERE) tab if you need to log back into your conference registration anytime after your conference registration has been fully completed and payment made. Use the same email and password you used to sign in initially. Once your details are in click the "Next" button at the bottom of the page to continue. If you do not complete the intitial registration completley your login details will not save and you would start your initial conference registration over again.

MEMBERSHIP: 

If you are a current member choose the option CURRENT OLTCC MEMBER BOX BELOW. As a current member the conference member fee is discounted. 

If you are not yet a member of OLTCC and would like to join now, please copy and paste the membership link below into a new browser or click on the link to complete your membership. You can then come back to the conference registration to register for the conference and pay the member rates.

If you indicate that you are a current OLTCC member on your registration, you have to be sure you have joined OLTCC for the current membership year. The current membership year is from July 1st 2024 - June 30th 2025 for a 1 year membership or July 1st 2024 - June 30th 2026 for a 2 year membership.

CONFERENCE FEES: 

The conference fees are categorized by Early Bird, Regular and Onsite Fees and if you are a Member, Non-Member, or Student.

If you choose the student conference fee proof of student status is required to be sent to the OLTCC office at office@oltcc.ca

You can attend the conference for the full 3 days, 2 days or 1 day. 

HST will be added to all conference fees.

Cancellations received prior to SEPTEMBER 20, 2024 are subject to a $60.00 administration fee. After September 21, 2024 there will be no refunds however delegate substitution can be made until FRIDAY OCTOBER 18, 2024 with no substitution fee. From SATURDAY OCTOBER 19, 2024 a $60.00 delegate substitution fee applies. Please check that you have read and accepted this cancellation clause: I HAVE READ AND ACCEPTED THE CANCELLATION CLAUSE:
